Refunds:

Cancellations: All cancellations made prior to testing will incur a $50.00 processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your total purchase cost, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Incomplete Information: If you submit incomplete information online, we will contact you via email or phone to request the missing details. A response is required within 3 days. If we do not receive a response within that time, IDTO will issue a refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee.
