Yes. Performing an paternity test with the other party living abroad is possible. Below are the circumstances in which it is possible to perform DNA Test internationally.
Immigration DNA Testing
Performing an immigration test to submit evidence to an immigration office like USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) or a U.S. Embassy is the most common international DNA Test option.
In order to use this option you will need petition for your family member. In the event, the petitioner does not provide sufficient evidence. USCIS or the embassy will issue an office action with secondary options of evidence they will accept. Voluntary DNA Testing may be one of the options.
Appointments:
DNA samples collection appointments are scheduled by an embassy official at the embassy or consulate for the beneficiary. In order remain compliant, using a clinic not recognized by an embassy will not be accepted.
Remember this option can only be used if you are petitioning for family member to get a US visa.
Legal Paternity Testing
