This is a peace of mind test helps to determine a biological relationship between an mother and child using 1 Earwax sample and 1 Cheek swab sample.
NOTICE FOR NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS: New York State prohibits the shipment of home paternity testing kits to addresses within the state. Orders will be canceled and refunded, minus a $60 processing fee. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these regulatory requirements.
TWO-LOCATION SHIPMENTS: If you select our two-location shipping option, we will email you to request the second shipping address before sending out your test kits.
U.S. Shipments (50 States) Only – This kit is not for international shipments.
(Overseas purchasing of this product will be canceled and refunded minus $60 fee.)
Please note, We do not ship to PO Boxes. Purchasing this product using a PO Box will be canceled and a refund will be issued minus a $60 processing fee.
Refunds:
1. Cancellations Before Testing
All cancellations made before the test will incur a $60.00 processing fee.
The $60.00 fee will be deducted from the total purchase amount regardless of the cancellation reason.
2. Incomplete Information Submission
If incomplete information is submitted online, IDTO will contact you by email or phone to request missing details.
You must respond within 3 days of the request.
Failure to respond within 3 days will result in a refund minus the $60.00 processing fee.
3. Unauthorized Shipping Returns
Returning the kit via any shipping service other than the authorized provider (e.g., USPS instead of prepaid FedEx) will incur a $60.00 fee.
Using an unauthorized shipping service causes tracking to be unavailable and may delay receipt at our facility by up to two months.
A new DNA test kit may need to be sent out due to improper return.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Test Kits
Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect DNA test kits immediately.
IDTO will arrange for a replacement kit at no extra cost.
